What is a Less Stress Coach?
A Less Stress Coach is a professional that has proven techniques to help you have more balance in all areas of your life. It is suggested that you spend some time with a FREE consultation to satisfy your questions and define your needs.

Who needs a Coach?
We all need coaching at some time in our life. If you are looking for a complementary system to get you where you want to be faster and easier, then the Less Stress Lifestyle program is for you.

What format is followed?
Most coaching programs follow professional protocol. The top self achievement programs, i.e.; The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, by Dr. Steven Covey; Think and Grow Rich by Earl Nightingale, and others, help you find you personal core and strength and then build from there. The LSL by Dennis Grady will give you all these core components and more because it offers a unique mind body integration.

How often do you meet?
That is totally up to each client. We suggest an initial consultation, then a bi-weekly phone or one on one session. Then many clients choose the three or six month package to keep on track with their mission statement and roles and goals.
