Unique 3 Step Program

Step 1

IDENTIFY THE STRESSOR! – We meet you where you are and COACH you to where you want to be, using an integrative style that serves the whole person.

  • MIND
  • BODY
  • EMOTION

MIND:We will decide together if you are ready to make a difference in your Lifestyle. If NOW is the time to make that difference happen, using the WHEEL OF LIFE, we’ll determine in which areas you want Less Stress and more balance.

BODY: We will look closely at the stress and tension that you notice in your body. For some the stress shows up in muscle tightness and tension. For others it may be the headaches in the front or back of the head. I will introduce you to proven, simple techniques and guide you in choosing the stress reducing movements that will fit easily into your lifestyle.

EMOTION: We will create a safe space for you to expand your feelings and identify potential stress triggers. Taking a close look at your perception of the emotion story, or “stress CD” you choose to play to yourself will help you become clearer and see things in a new way.

The WHEEL OF LIFE is a unique tool I have designed to help identify and explore the areas of life that have the potential to block our healthy, Less Stress Lifestyle. The WHEEL OF LIFE allows us to look into OUR perspective of stress.

We will connect with goals
and develop action plans specifically for you!

Step 2

Locate your motivator – We professionally assess your present beliefs and attitudes to find a baseline.

  • PERSONAL INTERESTS
  • VALUES
  • ATTITUDES

An individual’s experiences, references, education and training tell us WHAT they can do. Many behavioral assessments, like Target Training’s DISC Assessment tell us HOW a person will do things. Gaining knowledge of an individual’s values tells us WHY they do what they do. Values lie deep beneath observable behavioral styles and are not easily discovered until we have known someone for a long period of time. The International Target Training Group has developed a way of measuring values through the use of the PIAV Assessment Key. I am trained and certified as a TTI Professional Values Analyst. We use these proven assessments exclusively to provide immediate data important in establishing your baseline. You will find the insights and information you gain from this process to be invaluable in moving yourself forward into a Less Stress Lifestyle.

STEP 3

DEVELOP A COACHABLE PLAN - We M.A.P. out a workable plan. Clients have gained more:

  • FOCUS
  • WEALTH

We will spend the time you feel necessary to customize a program that I call M.A.P (My Activity Plan). This unique program will give you an opportunity to blend Professional Personal Coaching Skills with integrative health aspects like Less Stress Aromatherapy, Professional Cranial /Sacral Massage Therapy and others therapies. You will gain exactly what you need to transform your life now and keep moving in the right direction.

This program will give you LESS STRESS with more BALANCE and FOCUS in your life.
